Fossil’s offers a diversified menu including breakfast being served at 8 am Monday through Saturday. All meals include fresh cut fries and homemade cole slaw. We offer a wide variety of burgers, one of the largest cheese steaks served in the Lehigh Valley, pizzas, wraps, south of the border specials including a taco which is a must see, a home made crab cake sandwich with NO FILLER, a large variety of appetizers, some wonderful dinner entrees as well as a late night menu served from 10 pm to 1 am seven days a week.
